Fertilizer Company Improves Bottom Line with Bagging Automation

Growmark fertilizer recently completed installation of a fully automatic bagging, palletizing and wrapping system with nVenia’s HAMER Brand.  

Initially looking at bag placing technology, Growmark discovered that using form, fill & seal automated bagging with our exclusive 6 x 8 thermal transfer printer option allowed them to significantly reduce bag cost, reduce bag SKUs from more than 50 to 3 and print complete formulations of their products right on each bag as it processes through the system.  

Their complete system includes our HAMER Brand high accuracy 600NW stainless steel net weigh scale, a Model 2090 Form, Fill & Seal bagging machine, robotic palletizer and Wulftec stretch wrapper.
