Fischbein Sewing Needles

Fischbein designed and developed the versatile C100-S curved needle for use with our Empress 100 and 200 Series sewing heads. This durable needle sews multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven poly bag material and features a unique, precision scarf design that allows for the exact tolerance between the needle and looper.

Available in packs of 10, the C100-S is the exclusive choice for your Fischbein sewing heads.

Paper Tape

Used with nVenia’s FISCHBEIN Brand Model 400TNS, 400THP and 500THP+ tape sewing systems, this tape results in a stronger, attractive tape-sewn bag closure.

Fischbein crepe paper is available up to 2.5 inches wide and comes in natural or white colors. Tape roll diameter is 24 inches.

 

Lubricants, Solvents & Oils

Fischbein lubricants are formulated to reduce internal friction and heat while adding years of reliable performance to your sewing machine. For sewing head models 100 and 101, we recommend you use lubricant Type 10200.

For our high-speed Model 200 and 201 sewing heads, our synthetic oil Type 31080 is the perfect choice.

Fischbein Sewing Thread

Fischbein Premium sewing thread is specifically engineered for industrial bag-sewing equipment, Fischbein sewing thread handles a variety of bag-sewing applications that include multi-wall paper, woven and laminated polypropylene flat and gusseted bags.

Manufactured from 100 percent virgin polyester fiber, it features enhanced tensile strength and resists moisture and prolonged UV exposure. Fischbein sewing thread is packaged in 8 ounce, 5 pound, 15 pound, and 20 pound cones, and is compatible with most competitive brands of bag sewing equipment.
