Hamer Brand Model 525 Form Fill and Seal (FFS) Packaged Ice Machine

Our Hamer Model 525 Ice Bagging Machine provides versatility and high speed in fully automated bagging of packaged ice.  Run all popular bag sizes from 5 to 25 lb. on a single machine. 

Our Hamer Model 525 forms a bag from a preprinted centerfold low density polyethylene film. The bag is then opened allowing it to be filled and sealed with a wire tie bag top closure, sold separately.  Forming the bag in process yields up to 20% savings in cost and storage space and eliminates product spills and bag waste.  The compact horizontal design accommodates installations with low overhead space and under existing equipment. It includes a 304 stainless steel volumetric feeder with food grade UHMW hopper and lining.
